Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with every Whiff Industries order. Here is how returns work.

You have 30 days

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first with your order number, and we will tell you where to send it. Products should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or it is not what you ordered, email us a photo of the item and its packaging within 30 days of delivery. A photo is required. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of shipping a return back to us. In some cases we may waive that cost, so please ask before you send anything.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we will check it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card company.
