Shipping Policy

When your order ships

Orders ship within two weeks of the order date. You will get an order confirmation by email when you place your order.

When our plant is closed for a holiday, we post a notice on the site, and shipping may take longer.

Carriers and costs

We ship with USPS and other carriers. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to the countries listed at checkout. International orders can take longer, and the recipient pays any customs duties or import taxes.

Damaged in shipping

If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
