Dumpster Breath for Property Managers
End tenant dumpster complaints. The 7 dollar a day solution.
Tenant Complaints About the Dumpster? Solved.
Dumpster odors are the #1 quality-of-life complaint in multi-unit residential properties. They drive bad reviews, increase turnover, and make common areas unusable in summer. You have tried everything — more frequent pickups, pressure washing, air fresheners. Nothing sticks.
Dumpster Breath™ does. Literally. Our non-water-soluble granular formula stays active through rain, heat, wash-downs, and compactor cycles. One daily application eliminates the odor.
Built for Multi-Unit Properties
- Apartment complexes — treat dumpster corrals and trash rooms
- HOA common areas — eliminate complaints from shared dumpsters
- Condo associations — keep trash chutes and compactor rooms odor-free
- Commercial real estate — protect tenant satisfaction in mixed-use buildings
The Math
A 45 lb pail costs $220 and covers one commercial dumpster for a month. That is $7.33/day to eliminate the top complaint from your tenants. Compare that to a single lost tenant or a bad Google review.
| Option | Monthly cost, one commercial dumpster |
|---|---|
| Dumpster Breath™ | $198 to $220 |
| Outside service (weekly visits) | $320 to $800 |
